Tomas W. King, M.D.

Dr. King joined Incyte Diagnostics in 2008, and is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. He has subspecialty interests in podiatric pathology, gastrointestinal pathology and dermatopathology.

Dr. King obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from De La Salle University, EAC College of Medicine in the Philippines and completed his pathology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, NY.
Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in surgical pathology at Mount Sinai Hospital and a dermatopathology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. King was an adjunct laboratory instructor at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City, NY. He also presented pathology laboratory lectures on microscopic and gross pathology to students of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the City University of New York College of Medicine in New York City, NY.
Dr. King has experience serving as a consulting pathologist for The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Project at the Molecular Profiling Institute in Phoenix, AZ.
Prior to joining Incyte Diagnostics, Dr. King was the medical director for Ameripath Arizona in Phoenix, AZ; Valley View Medical Center Laboratory in Fort Mohave, AZ; Tanana Valley Clinic Laboratory in Fairbanks, AK and the St. Luke’s Hospital Laboratory in Allentown, PA.
During his past tenures as a medical director, Dr. King has served as an Infection Control and Transfusion Committee Chairman, as well as a member of the Institutional Review Board, Medical Executive Committee and Board of Governors.
He participates in several professional society memberships including the Washington State Medical Association and the Spokane County Medical Society.
Dr. King is currently licensed in Washington, Idaho, New Mexico, Wyoming, Utah and Arizona.
