Required Info: Complete the Incyte requisition with the patient's demographics and relevant history. Label the container with the patient name and second unique identifier.
Specimen Stability: The collection vials are stable at ambient temperature for 60 days after collection.
Unacceptable Specimen: Unlabeled specimens. Specimens in incorrect fixative (such as formalin), expired vials, or swabs that are not from the collection kit. If the cleaning swab is submitted in the vial, the specimen will be rejected.
